ReVoLtReVoLt began this journey August 2007. RR is Jasin Serna, C Bock, and Ben Brunn™. The band traveled through the NW states all of winter 2008 and South to NV, CA into 2009. The summer of 09, RR did some writing in C’s little house in the alley, and new songs came into the mix as the seasons changed. It was a solid week of rehearsal at a friend Angie’s house in Boise’s North End, and a week of dates on the road that slid the band into Seattle mid July. Recording dates were July 12,13,14th at Egg Studios in Seattle, Wa with legendary Conrad Uno (Mudhoney, Pres. U.S.A., Murder City Devils, Young Fresh Fellows) at the helm. The band rocked it solid for 3 days on to 2 inch analog tape. We were blown away at the warmth that was captured in the room, the tones came across as if we were set up in your living room, and you were sitting smack dab in the middle of it all. Ultimately that was the sound RR was after. We wanted to bring our LIVE sound to the record….to share what we are as a live band with others. We are embarking on a larger scale tour of the Northwest that will take us to 9 different states including ID, UT, NV, AZ, NM, TX, CA, OR, and WA. It will run March-April. We hope to see you soon!
